Last night when my son played with Daddy, they're sing a "Happy Birthday" song. Starting with English version, my son clap his hand and try to follow Daddy to sing a song. After that Daddy sing in Chinese version, he still enjoy the song and clap his hand.
But when Daddy sing in Bahasa Indonesia version ("panjang umurnya..."), suddenly my son bluurr, standing there just looking at Daddy, no reaction, not familiar with the song. Make Daddy laughing.
Ha..ha..ha... My dearest son... How come you don't know your mother tongue ???
